Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Alliance Travel Management to travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients ("partners").

Quotations and rates

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Published package rates are per person for the stated number of travellers and room sharing, and may change with exchange rates, taxes or supplier pricing until a booking is confirmed.

Hotels

Hotels are offered as the named property or similar. Rooms are subject to availability and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments, amendments and cancellations

Payment terms, amendment charges and cancellation policies are stated in each quotation or confirmation and depend on the suppliers involved.

Travel documents

Partners are responsible for ensuring their travellers hold valid passports, visas and any other documents required for travel, unless visa services have been booked with us.

Local taxes and fees

Local fees charged directly to guests, such as city or tourism fees payable at hotels, are not included unless stated.

Liability

We act as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport and other suppliers, and are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
